In partnership with Global School Leaders (GSL), their research team conducts rigorous studies, surveys, and literature reviews to identify the most effective ways to support school leaders.

The PULS Survey captures insights from over 6,000 school leaders across 18 countries, shedding light on their experiences with technology integration and the challenges they face in low- and middle-income contexts.

GSL Resource Portal

This portal offers 400+ tools, templates, and research-based resources to support the design and delivery of school leadership programs.

Working alongside country partners like PEMIMPIN, GSL co-develops knowledge on best practices in program design and implementation. These efforts inform the development of strong Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) plans that help capture insights, measure impact, and share learnings across the global network.
