Puan Sri Maimon is the Co-Founder and Senior Advisor at Elevate for Impact – an organisation that coaches for change. She is an International Coaching Federation credentialed Coach and Team Coach. She is also a Positive Intelligence Coach and HRDC trainer.
She is on the board of trustees of the National Heart Institute Foundation and a board member of the Malaysian Collective Impact Initiative Bhd. Prior to retiring in 2019, she was the Group Director of Corporate Social Responsibility of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad (HSCB). She was also a board member in Malaysian Mosaics Sdn Bhd., and Chairman of Malaysian Ceramic Manufacturing.
