Constance Yuen leads teacher leadership development programmes designed to empower school leaders and middle leaders across Malaysia through the Fellowships pillar.
With over 12 years of experience in teaching, teacher training, and educational management, Constance has supported learners aged 2 to 18 in public, international, and community schools, as well as in various educational organisations.
She holds an MA in Special Needs Education from the University of Nottingham Malaysia and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
Her teaching journey, which began in public and international schools, ignited her belief that effective school leadership is key to unlocking student success. Driven by this conviction, Constance is passionate about scaling PEMIMPIN’s fellowship programmes to empower educators nationwide, envisioning a future where every school is led by effective leaders.
