Kelly Lim manages content strategy and optimization for LADAP Plus, Malaysia’s first Professional Development App designed to empower teachers and school leaders.
Her journey into education began after two years as a Research Specialist I at Princeton University, where she worked on cutting-edge biocompatible implant technology for spinal cord and nerve regeneration. While the work was meaningful, she felt a deeper calling to shape futures through education.
She transitioned into teaching after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry with a minor in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College and later pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (International Baccalaureate) to deepen her impact in the classroom.
Over the past five years, she has taught 640 students, launched MyEmosi, a school-wide mental health initiative benefiting 1,200 students, and trained 80 teachers and 87 librarians in educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences.
She believes that by equipping teachers with the right tools and insights, LADAP Plus can drive meaningful growth in classrooms and beyond.
