Tien Sing serves as the Director of Partnerships and Prize Initiatives at PEMIMPIN and is a driving force behind the Malaysia Teacher Prize (MTP), Malaysia’s platform for celebrating teacher excellence and strengthening leadership in education. A former teacher who began his career during the pandemic, he brings experience in digital learning, teacher upskilling, and student leadership development. He also co-hosts the Lesson Plan Podcast, where he explores current issues and bold ideas in education with leading voices in the field. Tien Sing holds a Master of Advanced Study in Applied Mathematics from the University of Cambridge and is committed to building partnerships that create lasting impact for Malaysia’s education ecosystem.
