Constance leads teacher leadership development at PEMIMPIN and played an instrumental role in the creation of the LEAD Fellowship, which has trained over 450 middle leaders nationwide. With 12 years of experience in education and management, she holds an MA in Special Needs Education and a PGDE. Her journey began in the classroom, where she developed a firm belief that strong leadership is key to student success, leading her to champion leadership growth among teachers nationwide.
