PEMIMPIN GSL Fellowship Programme is a two years training programme designed to build capacity of government school leaders. We focus on helping them to gain mindset shift and develop strategies in improving student learning outcomes and overall school performance.
This programme involves selected PINTAR schools nationwide and is delivered over five academy sessions with each held over three days. The design of this programme is almost similar to the fellowship programme carried out in a more intensive mode.
Pintar PEMIMPIN Leadership Programme for School Leaders aims to address the gaps in digital literacy among public educators by bolstering the professional development of school leaders. The programme provides ongoing support online for 6 months in key areas of leadership to enable them to lead their schools effectively regardless of unexpected circumstances and crises.
LEAD is a new leadership program introduced by PEMIMPIN GSL, a ten months leadership training course with 40 teachers from all around Malaysia, chosen from hundreds who applied for the program. LEAD program teachers have their own PLC group where they can have discussions to better understand new concepts in LEAD.
The PINTAR-TNB programme aims to address issues faced by school leaders in school through professional development. The 12 month programme is designed based on the elements in VUCA Prime – Vision, Understanding, Clarity and Agility – to ensure that school leaders have the right skills and mindsets to lead their schools effectively regardless of unexpected circumstances and crises.

Instructional Leadership, Human Resource Leadership, Strategic Leadership and Operational Leadership.
